Account Executive U.S.

As an Account Executive at United Imaging, you will be responsible for selling Diagnostic Imaging solutions into health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. You will work closely with prospective clients to build trusting relationships and understand their unique challenges and goals. You will serve as the single point of contact for clients as they explore equipment and service offerings with United Imaging.


Main Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and across all levels of the organization;
  2. Develop and implement a sales territory management strategy;
  3. Achieve sales quota for your assigned territory;
  4. Create and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement;
  5. Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales (proposals, quotations, contracts, product demonstrations, negotiations, etc.);
  6. Engage and leverage the internal team to advance client relationships and execute sales strategies;
  7. Drive client satisfaction;
  8. Deep domain expertise in healthcare and ability to communicate market intelligence.


Qualification Requirements

  1. Candidates will have 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in healthcare;
  2. Medical capital equipment sales experience required, radiology preferred;
  3. Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals;
  4. Experience leveraging CRM solutions for territory management; Salesforce.com desired;
  5. Formal sales training; Miller Heiman desired;
  6. Bachelor's degree or higher;
  7. Customer oriented, motivated, and willing to travel within assigned territory;
  8. Integrity/Resourceful/Self-Starter/Prospecting Skills/Consultative & Solutions Selling;
  9. Strong Communication Skills/Strong Business Acumen/Competitive Spirit/Coachable;
  10. Objection Handling Skills/Negotiation and Closing Skills/Results Driven/Flexible;
  11. Strong Executive Presence/Collaborative.
  12. Able to travel across the market.
